First time bringing my bike to John's. Needed tyres and other little niggles addressed before the winter commute season. He created time for me and did the work there and then. John called the next morning to check up on me... What a nice touchOnly constructive point would be to keep an eye on prices of parts, to remain competitive. I have no qualms recommending John's cycles to others, largely for the kind, transparent, honest and pleasant conduct of John himself. I would love to have him work on my bike again...
John really knows his stuff! I just needed some parts, very reasonably priced, this little shop is a great addition to the area. The restored bikes on sale looked really good too..
I needed an adapter for my pump and they had it. They took the time to show me how to use it. The staff at the shop were really friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!
