Good parking and toilet facilities, provided by Enfield Council. Food and drinks a little expensive for a park caf. Staff polite and friendly. Heating for sitting undercover outside, plus open air dining in pleasant area. Children's playground adjacent
Great location, plenty of space. Inside the staff let the place down, very rude at times, coffee is bad, food looks okay but due to the staff attitude i wouldst dare order.
Plenty of seating, outside is covered too, it's a great location and dog friendly inside and out but the service is really rather slow, cakes and pastries were lovely, toast tea butter and jam has been regularly v slow, not that hot and margarine not butter. Could do better but great location and bags of room
Omg! Please can the owner give to the staff a proper polite training how to talk to customers!!! Terribly rude staff, obviously they are from Eastern Europe, and have no manners or customer service experience! It ruins the trip to Trent park.
Mostly rude staff with a couple of good ones. No care for the environment on the days the staff are lazy - put it in paper cups without warning you. I personally would not buy a coffee if they pre warn me I am to be sitting in with a paper cup because they cannot be bothered to wash a mug.
