Fantastic staff and wonderful showroom - could not fault!
I waited some time to be seen, thus surely showing I was genuine. I explained the exact model I wanted detailing colour, wheel type & all chargeable extras. The details I gave clearly indicated I had done my homework as to what I wanted and surely gave buying signals as I knew so much!? I never received the promised call so totally wasted a journey and my time. I visited with my fiance so surely as a couple would be taken more seriously. I don't recommend taking the trouble to visit on my experience. I bought a brand new Range Rover from Lancaster Welwyn instead. Perhaps this garage doesn't need your business.

Great dealership with a fantastic display of new and pre owned Bentley's. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Open on a Sunday and was welcomed with a coffee and a croissant. Bentley Hertfordshire had a beautiful black Mulsanne Speed in the showroom which is quite simply the pinnacle of automotive luxury.
