1st time ever used this garage just for an MOT but it was a refreshing positive experience (faith in motor trade restored) they even washed my car - not expected but pleased.
Im upset that I even have to give 1 star to this place. These people will take advantage where they see the opportunity. Took my car here for an mot and it had failed on a few things, I was quoted 250 to fix 2/4 of these things and was told that my headlamp aim was wrong because of an accident which occurred more than EIGHT years ago. Had the feeling I was being mislead took it elsewhere for a retest and it passed FIRST TIME with NO ADVISORIES. An absolute waste of 55.
Best place to get your car serviced. All parts to be replaced you will get a phone call first. I totally trust them to do what they say and no rip offs. Cars are cleaned as a part of the service at no charge.
Was AA recommended and for the most part, they are OK. They have their ups and downs and sometimes do poor work. My last MOT and service and ended up finding about 4 problems AFTER that should have been picked up during the service ...Additional edit in reply to owner response: the problems in question have been rectified since the review was posted.
