During one of the hardest times of mine and my families lives, Dawn & the MM Broad & Son's team have been amazing, and made a very difficult time that little bit easier. Arranging my mums funeral was seamless and the support offered throughout was lovely and very genuine. I can't thank Dawn in particular enough for everything she's done to make my mum's last day, a lovely lovely send off and a nice day for us to remember. Not only was the funeral exactly as we wanted it, but the personal touches that Dawn added to everything we asked for (or didn't ask for!!) were so thoughtful they made us cry too!! She'd listened to things we'd mentioned about mum like her favourite flowers and made sure they were included in the theme of funeral and website where people can leave messages for mum etc. Honestly, brilliant service, lovely people and in the unfortunate event that I ever have to deal with this grief again, I will be going straight back to MM Broad & Sons, and I'd highly recommend you do to! This was the 2nd time we have used MM Broad & Son in a few years and both times we have found them to be excellent in every way. On this occasion Lisa was so efficient and understanding. She went through everything, sometimes twice, and nothing was too much trouble at a time when even the simplest thing can seem so difficult.
