Have been using this gym for a few years now, its affordable and has a good range of equipment. Would recommend Mark as a trainer, has always been very supportive of me and my goals. Has a good breadth of knowledge and manages to push me to my limits. Recently I have managed to reach the lowest weight Ive been in a long time with his help.
I trained with Mark for 9 months. He devised a customised training plan and closely monitored my diet and training progress to help achieve my fitness goals - which I reached. The depth and breadth of Marks training experience and knowledge is incomparable, and as a Personal Training, I would highly recommend him.

Amazing gym with loads of space and equipment to use to improve yourself in every way. Recommend Mark as a PT, hes very good at his job and keeps up to date with my progress. Highly recommended. Lost nearly 10Kg in 2 months using his program.
