Stuck on M25 with loaded artic. Driver joe came in about a hour ( complete mad mad in a bowler hat singing the okey dokey ) loaded truck and we was on our way in less than 15 mins. Joe told many jokes on my 45 min trip. Breaking down actually made my day. Keep up the good work joe
Pls try to avoid them they jus scam trying to make money of aa doing nothing. I hope the company closes I had the worst experience ever.
This summer my car broke down in West London. I have AA cover through my bank account, which I have always found to be quick and very good. However, on this occasion, the AA did not have enough capacity to respond, and therefore came to some sub-contractual agreement with Sovereign Recovery. My experience was not good, because of the length of wait which was over four hours into the night with a 3 year old on board, and, in particular, the failure to communicate. I was regularly misinformed as to when the breakdown vehicle would be coming. I have complained to the AA who recently provided financial compensation and an apology. I do not know for sure but my strong impression is that Sovereign Recovery failed to adequately provide information from their side - I doubt communications and customer focus is a strength.
4 hour wait when told repeatedly earlier pick up times. Waited without a phone call in a bus lane. Customer service completely unhelpful. Avoid at all costs. Terrible service
Thank you to one of your drivers, who managed to make it impossible to enter my car. Have uploaded the photos. I am aware that I was near the line but I was parked in accordance with the the car to my left. I would like to point out that the space your truck was parked in was a disabled bay for residents, not pit stop for an obnoxious recovery truck driver. There was plenty of space for a car.
