These people do not understand the concept of running a post office or any type of business for that matter. I agree with all the comments before- - staff are totally uninterested...they don't even look up to say hello to you and look so lazy.

Staff were extremely rude and will not be giving them business in the future. I don't recommend you do either. An Indian woman working there asked what i had in the parcel and i responded with "live specimens". She then threw the parcel a few feet into the sorting bin even though it had FRAGILE written all over it. Very disappointing service to the point I am having to write this review.
1 star is one too many.I experienced the greatest of displeasures ever using this post office and encountering the Indian female staff as she was the rudest person to have ever served me in my life.Go to Sugar and Spice opposite Sainsburys if you want an excellent post office with great service and friendly welcoming staff.
Completely agree with the other reviews. Staff were very rude from the minute I entered they rolled their eyes and muttered something. I was advised not to bring parcels on a Sunday because they would have to leave the package outside. I said to her that if the shop is open on a Sunday and offering that service then they should accept it. Or not open their shop on a Sunday. I work 5 days a week and it's not always possible to do all errands on a Saturday so I found this very rude.
