They actually listen to your requirements and show you properties within that criteria and were one of the only estate agents I dealt with that did this. After initial tough negotiations, where in fairness they were acting on behalf of their client the vendor, we found Michael Wright Estate Agents very open and proactive. They pushed the due diligence along more than any of the other agents in the chain and we were grateful for this. We had issues with our solicitor processing the funds on the day of completion and they went above and beyond in helping the chain complete and even brought out cups of tea to the car while we waited.
