The staff are utterly rude. I would often wait in the queue for with one staff member serving, while there was numerous staff on duty. Staff are not polite, barely make eye contact, smile or exchange pleasantries. To top it all off this week, I had paid for an item and accidentally dropped it at the counter on the floor,causing the jar to smash. I waited for a replacement, as a good store would do, as a kind gesture to there customers, but no. Staff member said sorry you dropped it says it all! Youve lost a loyal customer for a small jar! Well done
Very nice. Narrow isles but a very wide variety of snacks, food and drinks. Very good staff. Very organised and clean. Very modern. Has different stations for different things, for example there is a dedicated place for pastry and a dedicated place for meat. Good prices. I would recommend. I have been here many times and have never had a bad experience.
