Poorly laid out infrastructure, the ticket gates are at bottom of stairs, top up machines in ticket office upstairs. The staff were rude, and came across a bit thick.
My nearest main line station. The station is ok but a redevelopment like installing lifts would be welcome as my mum sometimes struggles up the stairs.
Okay station. I'm a good area and easy to travel to. A bit run down. Not all trains stop here
