Fantastic garage. Extremely professional team, brilliant customer service and very personable. I have a 3 year old BMW M135i which I would I would trust no one else with (including main dealers). They look after me as a customer and my car extremely well. BMERC provide a service which you should expect from a main dealer service centre, but don't get in my experience! Their knowledge and experience of BMW models and I would imaging Mercedes models as well, not to mention their excellent customer service and fair costs, puts main dealer service centres to shame! Main dealer service centres could learn a lot from BMERC!They provide honest advice and feedback which you can trust implicitly. They are quite simply brilliant and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I randomly picked this garage to fix my Mercedes S-Class. But from the first phone call to them to getting my car fixed, these wonderful professional people were great. I got my car fixed and working like before. Even thought it is a old banger 1999 plate. Bmerc gave my car and my all their Tender Love and Care. This place is wonderful and the people are the Best.
Brilliant service. I was reluctant to start using a new garage in London when my car has always been serviced at a garage in the south of England for its 14 years. However, I used BMERC for an emergency starter motor replacement a few months ago and was impressed with the service. I've now visited them for a second time and they are just as good. Consistent service quality, clear and prompt communication, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Really makes a difference when a garage puts in the extra effort, be it dropping your car off back home or spending some time to look into some paintwork defects. Highly recommend.
