Couldn't find a few items, like cheap frozen sausages. It's expensive compared to other shops. The self check outs break all the damn time.They don't know the difference between a man and a woman, they seem to think I'm a woman even though I'm a 20 year old man?
Lovely shop, got pretty much everything you need. Staff are very helpful.
Prefer this shop to Sainsburys. At the moment theres not a lot on the shelf but when I asked a staff member she gladly had the time to explain to me what was going wrong and was very apologetic. Will continue to shop here
I will NEVER shop here again. The manager, at least I think that he is the manager rude to me for the second time- so, I buy a few wine a week from the store, considering that I walk past Sainsbury's and Tesco - they have a wine that I like. I do my main shopping in Sainsbury's.The first time the "manager" took away a reduced item and falsely accused me of changing the label saying that, "Customers will buy cheap food and expensive alcohol.." I also work as a chef, so, if I see a reduced item, I will buy to try it out. Yesterday evening I was at the store, he served me and I know that he was talking about me in his language! Imagine a super market like the COOP being run as a family business.Rude and unprofessional! I work hard not to spend my money in a place like this branch of the COOP - I live five minutes from Sainsbury's and I would rather shop there as the staff are professional.
A good place to shop, but there should always be at least two staff members serving at the counter to reduce queues, as not everyone is keen on the self-service check outs.
