Its always busy with just one person on the till I'm in a wheelchair and no one ever offer to help me I always have to ask another customer to help me and the other thing is im always being short changed and have to talk them though what they have to do to put it right and I don't even work there they need more training before being able to go on the tills
'Toasty store room in the winter
The queues are exceptionally long, they have a leak in their roof that they haven't fixed for a month (see photo below), and today a whole pallet of cherry tomatoes and a shelf of peaches were mouldy. Bad form. I'll update this review if things improve.
I went there early one morning to purchase some bakery items which I couldn't find, I asked a staff member. They made sure I left the store will all the items I went in to purchase. Very efficient. Very reasonable prices, friendly staff, stock a vast array of items despite being a small/med size store, and they open very early till very late even on Sunday's
Food is decent quality. Lengthy queues at the till can be annoying. My main problem is on 2 occasions staff have short-changed me, and been surly when I pointed it out. Hopefully just an error.
