No after sales service at all. I have repeatedly asked for new light for bathroom as after a couple of years, light started to peel. Also plastic around the bath coming up and dis-colored. Have been very patient but no joy with after care.
Not happy .... new kitchen May 2017. Fridge/freezer door not fit for purpose . I have requested a replacement as it doesn't always close successfully with the light touch as informed.Apparently there is a problem with the design therefore was incorrect in the beginning. Request denied. I have phoned too many times re after sales.Granite worktop remains with chips although I have been informed that this will be dealt with.....2 weeks ago The kitchen does look good on the surface!!!!!!
Well I say to this to the person that posted - 'Regarding Wardrobes approach with extreme caution' - Totally Wrong !You are out of order and could not be more different from our experience. Shuaib was very helpful from day 1. He accommodated all of my wife's alterations to the plans. The installation was perfect and the result stunning. We had a few issues (can you change this, do that) as would anybody with a job this size, but they where dealt with quickly and efficiently.Highly recommended,Thanks, David
