The nurse who saw me was wonderful. Very nice and friendly. Receptionist was polite too. Bit of a hill to get over to get to the hospital. But lovely staff.
Brilliant seem just before an afternoon appointment time. Results with my GP less than two hours later. Lovely staff surroundings not plush. I like that, money going on equipment not decoration.
As an nhs patient I was treated in a dismissive manner. No explanation was given as to why I was not given an injection. Barnet General imaging department is far superior.
I had all my bottom teeth taken out & all the staff were brilliant, when they couldn't get hold of my dad they took me to the royal free hospital private department till the morning.
Had a scan here in may, everybody pleasant enough apart from the lady doing the scan. Completely lacked people skills. No "hello" no "goodbye" seemed annoyed at the fact I needed a wee between the 2 scans. Very rough and couldn't get more then a 1 word answer out of her! I couldn't get out of there quick enough. Very unpleasant experience on top of something that was rather unpleasant to face in the first place.
