EXCELLENT SERVICE!After a terrible experience with Boots I was recommended the Brand Russell Pharmacy by my GP. I received excellent customer service and sound advice about my up coming trips. It is good to know places like this still exist. If you are looking for vaccinations and travel advice don't waste your time anywhere else come and see these guys over in East Barnet. Excellent did not push me beyond my budget ...was put at ease and vaccs spaced over few dates as I explained had been sensitive in past. Felt nothing on my arm at all...brilliant service now so relieved at how easy it all was. Feel very lucky have a travel clinic on my doorstep with much afditional free advice and tips given.Lynn
Very unimpressed with my second vaccination at the clinic. I was booked in to have the rabies jab and booked six days beforehand and they said the vaccine was readily available and even rang me up the day before to double check that I was able to come in for the vaccine. Then on the day of the vaccination, I went to my appointment and sat down with clinician for him only to tell me that they had ran out of the rabies vaccine two days ago. Thus I drove all the way to the clinic and took time out of my day for nothing , they could have called me anytime to tell me not to come in but chose not to...Definitely wont be using this clinic again.
