I have been using this pharmacy for years and the pharmacist and staff are the best I have ever come across. They are most helpful and have sorted out errors in prescriptions. They are always prepared to offer good advice. They also provide an excellent repeat prescription service. Like the last reviewer, I also had problems with prescriptions from my surgery, but SVR are very efficient. I personally do not think branding issues are the fault of the pharmacy. Keep up the good work.
I started having tremendous problems with my clinic over repeat prescription what with picking up prescription and finding it has not been signed, when picking up the items, and losing repeat requests, and mistakes on items requested. These problems all stopped when SVR Chemist took over my repeat prescription ordering. Well-done SVR
Shocking service. As a patient with long term asthma I require a certain inhaler. When realising I was provided with a different brand I called to explain. The pharmacy manager tried to pull the wool over my eyes as a mere patient and explained that this is what the prescription reflected. The inhalers I paid for have gone to waste. I cross - referenced the story with my doctor and as figured, have since had confirmation my usual inhaler is more expensive. Patient care? I don't think so. Disgraceful.
