I am in my 11th week now after a total knee replacement where I lost 2 weeks of physio because of being readmitted to hospital with wound healing problems.Physio is a vital part of rehab after this operation and I have been fortunate to have enisted the weekly services of Niki of Hadley Physio who has skilfully directed my rehab for the past 6 weeks providing and encouraging me in a progressive programme of exercise which has enabled me to show real progress so I am now walking normally without a stick and pain and swelling are much diminished.I would strongly recommend her.
