Rush helped relieve the tension in the neck and shoulders and helped with exercises that could strengthen both areas. He is very knowledgeable in the field and I noticed a great difference after a few weeks. Highly recommend!
Had a few sessions with Matt regarding a hip problem. Found him to be very helpful and informative. I was also most grateful to him for providing me with a letter at short notice to take to my next appointment with a consultant.
Rush was very helpful. He explained what he was doing and why. I went to see him for pain in my shoulder. In one session, it already felt a little better. By the fifth session, the constant pain I had been experiencing was significantly improved. I also managed to do something weird to my knee cap and he sorted it in one session. I'd highly recommend this physio service.
Having suddenly been debilitated by lower back pain, I called on Rush who made himself available at very short notice. I wasn't sure he'd be able to do much to help but after a discussion about the pain, he did some stretches and some targeted massage. I went a couple of times and Rush gave me some home exercises to do between appointments. After the first appointment I felt such a difference and I was very soon better. Rush is as knowledgeable physio as I have met. Never fails to help me get into as good physical condition as I can to compete. Hugely important for me as a golf coach and player. He also gives me great exercises and rehab work to help me strengthen and add mobility to the right areas. His golf specific knowledge is excellent!
