Great pub with really friendly manager and staff. Always enjoy the food here, and the comedy nights.
I happened to be in the area. Guvnor a nice fella. Being a McMullen pub, I went as ever for the AK. As always with MC Mullen, a smashing pint. Then tried another McMullen beer recommended by the guvnor. Also rather nice. Not my area though. Possibly the time I visited not the best time.Fine as pubs go, but as out of my area, won't be rushing back.
Great local pub with range of beer and really competitively priced grub. Friendly service plus has sports on tv and a pool table. Very handy for the Everyman cinema and for High Barnet station!
