Dr Lai has been my GP since I was 16 when I was a kid, that was 22 years ago, he and all the staff there spend time listening to my health problems, i am not just a number.
I have been seeking medical treatment from this surgery in the past twenty years and very happy with the professional services of Doctor Lai. Every time when I consulted Doctor Lai, he cared and listened with patience before giving his professional medical advice precisely. I am very happy with the professional service attitude given by Doctor Lai and his surgery.
Without question the best GP anybody could wish for. I read the other 2 reviews and was frankly astonished. I have been using the surgery for almost 50 years, the last 30 or so being run by Dr Lai taking over from Dr Muende. Ok time keeping may not be the best but the reason is he takes the time to give a personal service. You never leave without being 100% confident you have been given the correct advice and correct treatment. Well worth the wait on the odd occasion.
Worst GP Centre ever!!! Had appointment at 5.20pm and had to wait the doctor to see 5 people before me!! This is at least 20 min/ person, which would mean almost 2 hours! Those people are NOT serious at all and the doctor doesnt care about doing his job properly! I do NOT recommend this place at all!
