Helpful receptionists and the PN and the GPs are warm, compassionate and takes their time to listen to you.
Excellent GP practice. Staff are friendly and helpful. The GPS go the extra mile for their patients
Terrible surgery , avoid at all costs, Doctors are incredibly unsympathetic and advise you to look on google ? Receptionists are rude and unhelpful.Doctors clearly have no interest in helping patients and are not willing to discuss any issues you may be experiencing.If you are unwell do not bother going to this surgery, I am not surprised they are on a red watch when inspections have been carried out, reports are avaible online and are an eye opener to the type of surgery and staff that operates here. Records are not kept up to date or safely which makes you worried for the safety of your personal information.Do yourself a favour and find a doctors that is helpful, friendly and organised, none of the things this surgery is!!!

The worst receptionist experience . They don't listen at all regardless if its emergency. I know several people tried to register and book appointments and they had to go through this horrible experience with the reception
